The Luxury Jungle Tents are what Camp Lilac is known for — spacious canvas safari tents on elevated polished wooden decks, with the comforts most tented camps in Mikumi do not offer: an private bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, air conditioning and the softest beds in the region.
Each tent has a plush king-sized bed under a mosquito net, large mesh windows for the natural breeze, smooth timber floors and warm ambient lighting — rustic and elegant at once. The private veranda has handcrafted chairs facing the bush; impala, warthog and monkeys regularly pass right by, and at night the only sound is the wildlife.
